The story
A full flat-roof replacement on a commercial building. The old, failing membrane was torn off and replaced with a new single-ply system, fully adhered and sealed watertight. We rebuilt and re-flashed the skylight curbs in new metal so the most leak-prone spots on the roof are the strongest.
